    Felton Brushes TONY PONIKVAR, MBA, the PRESIDENT

    Tony Ponikvar, MBA

    Owner and President

    Tony, an entrepreneur at heart, brings 10 years of sales experience to Felton Brushes. He has held various positions in the sales industry such as Sales Director at AT&T Canada.

    In 2004, he acquired Felton Brushes. However, he soon was presented with the challenging decision whether he should import brushes from Asia, sell the company, or invest in new machinery and face his competitors.

    By 2006, it was decided to invest in new technology and compete against the best in the industry.

    Tony brings the vision and drive to be the best brush company in the world, focusing on competing in various niche segments.

    Hobbies: 4 Children under 12 & getting caught on the big screen at Hockey Games.

    Joanne Maguire

    Customer Service

    Joanne has over 19 years of Customer Service experience and is a key member of the team. She worked in a family transport company and has completed her Green Belt training in the Six Sigma program. She enjoys her role in Customer Service and special projects. One of those special projects was our beautiful new Felton catalogue, which launched in 2011.

    Hobbies: Shooting, Baseball and caring for any stray that happens her way.

    Jackie Gajic

    Head of Accounting

    Jackie is a graduate of Mohawk College in Accounting and runs the Felton Accounting Department with dedication. She is meticulous and ensures that everything is kept in order. She has over 10 years of experience in various industries and translates this experience effectively to Felton’s operations.

    Hobbies: Pursuing her Black Belt in Karate & spending time with her family,including two children.

    Juan Arbelaez

    Shipping Department

    Juan hails from Columbia, and is our Spanish translator. He is also a key member of our team and runs the shipping Department, including logistics, and inventory control, with Russ. His passion is his family and 1.5 children.

    Hobbies: Walking onto Toronto F.C.’s open practise and winning a T-shirt as a reward for one of the final cuts.

    Kacey is the “jack of all trades”. Kacey has over 7 years of manufacturing experience. He brings creative thinking and strong work ethic to everything he does.

    Hobbies: Racing Cars on the weekend and Baseball.

    Delores Kielbowich

    Our Queen

    Delores started in November of 1949. She has worked at many positions over her 62 years here at Felton Brushes. She is still the fastest manual twister at Felton Brushes.

    Hobbies: Family & Felton Brushes.
