Twisted brushes, also known as tube or flue brushes, are an essential tool used in a variety of manufacturing applications.

Our twisted brushes are manufactured by twisting a filament between stem wires. The brushes are then machined to the desired measurements and customer specifications.

Felton’s unique construction method makes them the ideal brushes for both handheld use, as well as use in a variety of power tools, including; power drills, drill presses and even CNC machines.

We offer a full range of filament material for our twisted brushes including wire, natural, synthetic, nylon and even aluminum oxide (which is popular in our market-leading automotive deburring brushes).
